Our South Poll steers are a limited edition breed we uniquely raised at our Florida farm. Grass-fed and finished, and raised outdoors in the sunshine, this beef is perfect to stock your freezer for months to come. 

This variety is more lean than our typical Wagyu/Angus beef.
