Our South Poll steers are a limited edition breed we uniquely raised at our Florida farm. Grass-fed and finished, and raised outdoors in the sunshine, this beef is perfect to stock your freezer for months to come.

Not only is it rich in Vitamin D, but lard also boasts one of the highest smoke points among cooking oils, making it especially ideal for frying and sautéing.
