Our farming practices are rooted in principles we live by, each one reflecting the care, respect, and intention we bring to the land, the animals, and the food we produce.

Grounded In The Soil

• No Tilling. Tilling disrupts soil structure, destroys microbial life, and releases stored carbon into the atmosphere. By leaving the soil undisturbed, we protect its natural biology and allow it to regenerate, retain moisture, and build fertility over time.
• No Synthetic Inputs. We do not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or other synthetic inputs because they harm the living systems - microbes, fungi, insects, and worms- that make soil thrive. By working with nature instead of against it, we grow cleaner, more nutrient-dense food without residues or synthetic contaminants.
• Encourage Biodiversity & Nutrient-density. We encourage biodiversity and nutrient density by planting a wide variety of grasses, legumes, and trees that work together to enrich the soil and feed our animals. Diverse pastures support healthier ecosystems, more resilient land, and food that's richer in flavor and nutrients.

Animal Care, the Right Way

• No Outsourcing. Our cows, pigs, and lambs are born and raised on the farm to ensure they’re cared for the right way from day one.
• 100% Pasture-Raised. Aside from brooders for young chicks, we use no barns. Our animals live their entire lives on open pasture, just as nature intended.
• Rotation Leads the Way. All animals are moved frequently - usually daily - to mimic natural grazing patterns, prevent overgrazing, and allow pastures to rest and regenerate. This not only improves soil health and forage quality but also reduces disease pressure by breaking parasite and pathogen cycles.
• Stress-Free by Design. Our animals live in calm, open environments where they feel safe and relaxed. They're handled gently, moved with care, and raised with respect from people they trust.

Animal Feed That Reflects Our Standards

• 100% Grass-Fed and Finished. Our cattle and lamb are never fed grain - only diverse, high-quality grasses from start to finish. This results in nutrient-rich, better-tasting meat with healthy fats.
• No Seed Oils, Corn, Soy, or Flax. Our pork and chicken feed is custom formulated with only clean, species-appropriate ingredients: free from cheap fillers or common inflammatory byproducts. We go to great lengths to ensure zero traces of seed oils or industrial feed grains.
• Targeted Mineral Support. Each species receives a custom-formulated mineral blend to support optimal health and performance. Because most soils are mineral-depleted, this ensures our animals stay strong, produce deeply nourishing meat, and return nutrients back to the land through their manure.
• Clean Water, Always. Our entire farm runs on clean, extensively tested well water - free from contaminants and safe for both animals and land.
• No Antibiotics. No Hormones. No Vaccines. We don’t rely on pharmaceuticals to raise our animals. Instead, we focus on clean feed, low-stress environments, and natural rhythms knowing that growing truly nourishing meat can’t be rushed.

Honest Processing

• USDA-Inspected Processing. All animals are processed in USDA-inspected facilities
• Clean Processing. We never use harsh substances like bleach or chlorine during butchering. We focus on keeping the meat as clean and natural as possible.
