Chorizo is a wonderful addition to breakfast or taco night for those who enjoy a full-flavored sausage. Originating in the Iberian Peninsula and made in many different forms throughout the Americas, Sonny’s chorizo is made with a delicious mix of our pastured pork, spicy red peppers, paprika, and garlic. Uncooked. 

Ingredients: Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Chili Peppers, Red Pepper, Paprika, Oregano, Garlic Powder. 

The tenderloin is a delicate muscle that is cut from along the pig’s backbone. Aptly named, this muscle is the most tender. After seasoning with a great rub or marinade, this cut is best when cooked quickly on a grill, seared, roasted, or sliced and added to your favorite dish.

In the great rib debate, we argue that St. Louis takes the win with more meat, fat, and flavor. Marinate, slow-cook, and grill to finish.

Our pastured pork country-style ribs are a dark meat lover’s dream, with rich shoulder meat with heavy marbling. These meaty, quick-cooking cuts are flavorful when seared in a cast iron skillet, or can be slow cooked on the grill or smoked for even more flavor.

This lean cut of pork is extremely tender and flavorful. Baby back ribs are best smoked, grilled, or baked. Pair these ribs with your favorite artisanal barbecue sauce.
