Chorizo is a wonderful addition to breakfast or taco night for those who enjoy a full-flavored sausage. Originating in the Iberian Peninsula and made in many different forms throughout the Americas, Sonny’s chorizo is made with a delicious mix of our pastured pork, spicy red peppers, paprika, and garlic. Uncooked.

Nutrition Information

Our pastured pork has significantly higher levels of vitamins E and D, and a healthier ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids than commercially raised pork. We also ensure that their feed is free of all seed oils, in addition to being corn and soy free. Because our hogs are more active and have more room to range and wallow, our pork has higher levels of protein for essential muscle support.

This enriches the soil and promotes plant growth, by stimulating grasses and other natural plants to develop deeper root structures, leading to better water absorption, biome production, and more carbon capture.
