Our chickens forage on pasture in the fresh air and sunshine year-round. Supplemental feed is non-GMO, corn, and soy free.

Roast chicken is a timeless classic. Prepare these pastured chickens with your favorite herbs for an easy, but refined main dish. Thanks to daily free-roaming and foraging, our whole chickens are substantial and nourishing.

Chicken feet are high in collagen, both gut healing and joint nourishing at the same time. Enjoy them in many traditional recipes, but especially as the base of luscious broths. Broths and stock made with our chicken feet will add dimension and flavor to bases for soups and stews.

Roast, fry, or grill our pastured chicken wings for a health-conscious finger food that will keep guests coming back for second helpings.

This specialty cut can be cooked as a high-protein snack or transformed into an appetizer rich in zinc, copper, and other essential minerals. Try it grilled or pan-fried with a splash of wine. If you want a milder flavor, consider soaking this mineral-packed organ in milk to give it a milder taste.

For use in a classic broth recipe. Toss pastured chicken backs in a pot with vegetables of your choice and herbs. Simmer on low all day.

Our pastured chicken necks are the perfect base for a nutritious and succulent stock. Simply add them to water, herbs, and vegetables of your choice for an ideal starter for any soup, stew, broth, or gravy.
