"Once again, as in most of my slow-cooking, I marinated them in vinegar for maybe 1 hour & added the chicken bones from Sonny's chicken thighs, legs, & wings, to the soup. I use veggies from local farms & have at lease 5 quarts of broth to sip as a snack. Well, the hearts were very tender considering they're all muscle. As a result, a very rich, thick, soup-pure body fuel! Thanks Sonny's"
