For use in a classic broth recipe. Toss pastured chicken backs in a pot with vegetables of your choice and herbs. Simmer on low all day. 

Our stew meat is a healthy mixture of lean and generously marbled cuts for a delicious addition to your cool-weather stews. Simmer low and slow for chili or enchiladas to spice things up.

Chicken feet are high in collagen, both gut healing and joint nourishing at the same time. Enjoy them in many traditional recipes, but especially as the base of luscious broths. Broths and stock made with our chicken feet will add dimension and flavor to bases for soups and stews.

Roast our canoe cut marrow bones with a little salt and the marrow can used as a flavorful alternative to butter. For a delicious side dish to accompany your eggs, consider serving the rendered marrow as a luscious buttery spread on toast.
