Our pastured pork country-style ribs are a dark meat lover’s dream, with rich shoulder meat with heavy marbling. These meaty, quick-cooking cuts are flavorful when seared in a cast iron skillet, or can be slow cooked on the grill or smoked for even more flavor.

Chorizo is a wonderful addition to breakfast or taco night for those who enjoy a full-flavored sausage. Originating in the Iberian Peninsula and made in many different forms throughout the Americas, Sonny’s chorizo is made with a delicious mix of our pastured pork, spicy red peppers, paprika, and garlic. Uncooked.

This roast cut originates from the area between the shoulder and the beginning of the leg. This boneless pork loin roast can be rolled and tied for an elegant, easy roast dinner. It can also be delicious when brined or rubbed with a spice mixture and barbecued over indirect heat, low and slow.
