Originating in the Iberian Peninsula and made in many different forms throughout the Americas, Sonny’s chorizo is made with a delicious mix of our pastured pork, spicy red peppers, paprika, and garlic. Uncooked.

This roast cut originates from the area between the shoulder and the beginning of the leg. This boneless pork loin roast can be rolled and tied for an elegant, easy roast dinner. It can also be delicious when brined or rubbed with a spice mixture and barbecued over indirect heat, low and slow.
