Terms of Service
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped out the following day whenever possible. Occasionally it may take several days to fulfill orders. We will contact you if it takes longer than five days to fulfill an order. Occasionally a product may be out of stock or otherwise unavailable, in which case we will contact you to resolve the issue.
Please make sure orders are correct prior to completing your purchase. Once placed, our ability to edit orders is extremely limited.
Due to the natural variation in size between animals, we cannot guarantee an exact product weight, quantity or individual cut size for each portion. We strive to have the most consistent and accurate specifications in our store, showing a weight range for products with some natural variance. Nevertheless, you may see some variability between products.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling charges are shown prior to order placement. Sonny’s Farm reserves the right to increase, decrease, add, or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time. In such an event, we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If you have supplied the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We cannot take responsibility for the consequences of shipping to the wrong address, but we will do our best to remedy the situation. Please note that because our products are perishable, we cannot ship to a PO Box. All orders with a PO Box address will be cancelled and we will contact you.
Estimated delivery times by carriers shown during check-out may vary from actual delivery dates and times.
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the carrier will generally leave the package for you at your door. Our perishable products are packaged with dry ice and will generally remain frozen for 3 days. This may vary depending on the season and temperature in your geographic area at the time of delivery. We advise that you track the package delivery time through the carrier’s tracking number provided in the shipment email.
In the event of a delivery delay, please inspect the products carefully upon receipt. If you believe that a product is not suitable for consumption, please contact us within seven days of receipt, and we will work to address the problem per our return and refund policy. Please provide photos of the items in questions and discard the items.
STORE & OFF-SITE PICK-UPS
Please take note of the address and time when placing an order for pick-up. Once the order is placed, we have limited ability to edit orders.
Off-site pick-ups require punctuality, as we generally cannot extend our waiting time at a specific location.
PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION
By providing credit card information or any other acceptable payment method to us, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to use the designated payment method for all charges you incur for purchasing products (including taxes and other applicable charges). You are responsible for, and agree to pay, all such charges. By giving us the payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method for all orders. If we (or our third-party payment processor) cannot obtain authorization for charges to your designated payment method, we may in our sole discretion cancel or suspend any undelivered portion of your order. We reserve the right to use any other lawful means to collect payment on the unpaid amounts.
PRICING & TAXES
Prices shown in the store are for products only, taxes and other charges are additional. Sonny’s Farm may change product pricing at any time without notice. We collect sales tax on products shipped to the states for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. For items subject to sales tax, the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted. This can be caused by a number of factors, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please inspect all products for any damage upon delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your delivery.
We are unable to accept any returns for perishable items but will work with you to find a solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement of the affected product, credit towards a future order, or a partial or full refund.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery will not be refunded and we will be required to discard the products.
If your package does not arrive or if it arrives in poor condition, please contact us within seven days of receipt, and we will work to address the problem.
Membership in our loyalty program is free and available to anyone who is able to purchase our products. Customers are allowed to maintain one membership account to earn points on individual purchases. Details about your membership account, such as your name, can be changed by contacting us. Members will be notified when they accumulate points by email and can use points toward discounts on their purchases when they achieve spending milestones laid out in the loyalty program page. Points expire if they are not redeemed after a period of two years after purchase. You may cancel your membership at any time, by contacting us, at which time your points will become nullified.
RESALE AND EXPORT
You agree that you will not resell or otherwise use products for commercial purposes or purchase or direct shipment of a product for export.

BY USING THE SERVICES (ACCESS AND USE OUR WEBSITES, ONLINE STORE, BLOGS, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, MAKE PURCHASES OF MEAT, INGREDIENTS, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT AND OTHER SERVICES) YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY EVERYTHING IN THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ORDERING PRODUCTS, AND YOU SHOULD STOP USING THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
