Cut from the upper shoulder and borrowing meat from the ribeye, the chuck-eye steak can handle any high-heat cooking method. Often compared with Chuck Roast, this cut is more marbled and tender. We recommend grilling it to medium-rare.

"The liver was outstanding. I thought that marketing of the “chuck steak“ was a little deceptive. It was basically thinly sliced chuck, which is not great for grilling. The pork fillets were not good I am curious what that pig was fed because it did not taste pasture to me. The lamp pieces were mostly bone."
