Our pasture-raised bone-in pork chops are cut from the center of the loin for the ideal balance of tenderness, richness, and flavor. The bone and natural marbling help the meat stay juicy while creating a deep, savory flavor that shines whether grilled, pan-seared, or slow cooked.

Raised on open pastures, our pigs are rotated regularly onto fresh ground where they can root for acorns, roam, and live naturally. Their diet is supplemented with a custom non-GMO feed free from corn, soy, and seed oils, producing pork with exceptional flavor and clean, wholesome fat.

This thicker cut bacon has a delicious texture and bite. Carefully formulated to strike a balance of savory, salty, and smoky. Our naturally cured heritage bacon is prepared with all-natural ingredients.

Our pastured pork country-style ribs are a dark meat lover’s dream, with rich shoulder meat with heavy marbling. These meaty, quick-cooking cuts are flavorful when seared in a cast iron skillet, or can be slow cooked on the grill or smoked for even more flavor.
